Recovery Wellness Planning

Recovery Wellness Planning is a person-centered, strengths-based approach that is often facilitated by a Peer Recovery Specialists. The process empowers individual as they identify their recovery capital (internal and external strengths) and identify what portion of their life they would like to develop goals and action plans around. It also includes recovery maintenance planning (a more strength-base version of relapse prevention planning). It builds a life-long skill set that supports long-term recovery.
